To Make Keto Funfetti Fat Bombs You Will Need:
1 pkg. 8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 stick Butter (softened)
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1/4 cup of Swerve Sugar
3 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
1/4 a cup of Regular Multi Colored Sprinkles (you can buy Keto friendly)

These fat bombs are easy to make and something you can whip up in minutes. I love that I typically have all these ingredients on hand already, too. All you have to do is start my beating your cream cheese with a mixer like this one until fluffy.
Next, you’ll add in butter, vanilla, swerve, regular sprinkles, and coconut oil and mix until well blended.
What kind of molds should I use for keto funfetti fat bombs?
There are lots of different types of molds on the market. Honestly even a mini cupcake pan would work! But, I like to use silicone candy molds for my fat bombs because they are super easy to pop out when they’re all done. I use molds like these. Once you have your fat bomb ingredients mixed together, press mixture firmly into candy molds.
Sprinkle the tops of each mold with ball sprinkles. Place in freezer for one hour and remove and pop out of molds. One important think to remember is that these WILL melt at room temperature. So you’ll want to eat them right out of the freezer like a yummy sweet treat.
To store keto funfetti fat bombs:
These fat bombs will last up to two weeks in the freezer. Store them in an air tight container and pull them out whenever you’re having those cravings for something a little sweet.

- Press mixture firmly into candy molds.
- Sprinkle the tops of each mold with ball sprinkles.
- Place in freezer for one hour.
- Pop out of molds.
- Serve and enjoy!
